Pastry Pastry


Thanks in part to our lovely local boulangerie/patisserie (Le Couleur de Blé), my breakfasts in Paris generally included the following components: market fruit, Badoit, and a delicious pastry.

Which pastries you ask?

  • Chausson aux pommes
  • Croissant ordinaire
  • Pain au chocolat
  • Croissant amandes
  • Croissant amandes chocolat
  • Madeleines (packed to the airport)

My favorite are in pink. Do you detect a chocolatey-almondey theme?
